Description The renewal of the Share Buy-Back Mandate was approved by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2016. As at 28 April 2016, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 715,837,613 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares of 9,917,400).

The cumulative number of shares purchased to-date (under Section C) represent the total shares purchased since the renewed mandate dated 28 April 2016.
