Mr Wong is a fellow and past council
member of the Society of Naval
Architects and Marine Engineers of
Singapore, the Singapore Institute
of Arbitrators and the Singapaore
Maritime Arbitrators Association.
He is also a member of the Royal
Institution of Naval Architects in
the UK and a Chartered Engineer.
In addition, he sits on the marine
and offshore technology advisory
committee at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Mr Wong, who was a Colombo Plan
Scholar, graduated with a Bachelor of
Science (naval architecture) from the
University of Newcastle upon Tyne in
the United Kingdom.
